AI Massage SaaS provides a multi-tenant platform designed to automate scheduling, communication, customer support, and order processing for massage therapy businesses. Our services include webhook processing, CRM integration, n8n automation, and automated outbound messaging/calling channels (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and Twilio).

3. Account Registration & Security

To utilize the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and credentials.
• Promptly update your account details if any changes occur.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Data Scope & Isolation

We employ a strict multi-tenant architecture where client data is isolated via unique client identifiers. You retain ownership of all data, messages, and files uploaded or processed through your tenant scope. We will not access, distribute, or modify your tenant data except as necessary to provide services, troubleshoot issues, or as required by law.

5. Meta & Third-Party Integrations

Our services integrate with various third-party platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Twilio. By connecting these third-party accounts, you agree to comply with their respective terms of service and developer policies. We are not responsible for any modifications, suspensions, or terminations of services initiated by these third-party providers.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the services to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or automated messages in violation of local anti-spam regulations (e.g., TCPA, CAN-SPAM).
• Upload or transmit harmful, defamatory, offensive, or malicious code.
• Attempt to bypass security scopes, access unauthorized tenant accounts, or reverse engineer any platform components.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Massage SaaS and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
